Paul Martin has served as our Acting Chief Executive Officer since November 2021. Simultaneously, he is leading the Agriculture & Food investment vertical for the Investment Corporation of Dubai (ICD) our ultimate parent corporation wherein he has held several investment and asset management positions since 2016. Prior to joining ICD, Paul was working in mergers and acquisitions for major investment banking firms.

Santos Hollmann has served as our Chief Operating Officer since November 2019. Prior to becoming our COO, Santos served as Regional Manager for a previously related entity and stakeholder for approximately 8 years. Prior to joining the U.S. agriculture industry, Santos was an agricultural engineer for an Argentinian corporation providing technical consulting services.

Helen Pipkin has served as our Finance Director since March 2020 having returned to the company after a tenure as an accounting executive for approximately one year in another industry. Previously, she also served as our accounting manager for over 5 years. Prior to joining the Generation Fresh team, Helen was a banking executive serving as Assistant Vice President – Controller for an Indiana State Bank for approximately 12 years.

Mike Harris has learned the business from the ground up with a produce career spanning over three decades. His 1st job was in the fields pitching watermelons at the age of 14, and over the years, he has worked every aspect of the business, from growing and business operations, to Sales. Generation Farms is proud to have Mike as our Director of Sales.

Lupe Aguilar started working in the onion industry in 1997 and comes to our team from one of the biggest cold storage warehouse companies in the world. He brings his knowledge of every aspect of the industry. We know Generation Farms will thrive with Lupe as our new Director of Production & Operations.

Zuly has worked in the industry since 2011 and has a wealth of knowledge of the onion business. She was a member of the managing team building our H2A program from the ground up. Before joining the Generation Farms team, she managed all of the responsibilities for HR, payroll, benefits, and H2A related tasks for her previous employer. We are happy to have Zuly as our HR, Payroll, & Benefits Manager as she continues to be the H2A Coordinator.
